Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using Mini Metrics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the software.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (the "Customer" or "you") and Mini Metrics (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

License Grant

Upon payment of the purchase price (€19), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

• Install and use Mini Metrics on unlimited servers and domains
• Modify the source code for your own use
• Use Mini Metrics for personal, commercial, or client projects
• Receive all future updates at no additional cost

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Mini Metrics as a standalone product
• Share your download link or license with others
• Claim Mini Metrics as your own creation
• Remove or modify copyright notices in the source code
• Use Mini Metrics to create a competing analytics product

Product Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• You will receive an email with a download link
• The download link is valid for 24 hours
• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your copy
• If your download link expires, contact support for a new link

We are not responsible for lost emails due to spam filters or incorrect email addresses provided during checkout.

System Requirements

Mini Metrics requires:

• PHP 7.4 or higher
• SQLite3 extension enabled
• Write permissions for the installation directory
• A web server (Apache, Nginx, or similar)

You are responsible for ensuring your server meets these requirements before purchasing. No refunds will be issued for incompatible systems.

Updates and Support

Software Updates

We provide lifetime updates at no additional cost. Updates are provided "as is" without guarantee of specific features or timeline. You are not required to update, and older versions will continue to function.

Technical Support

We provide email support for installation and usage questions. Support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours. We do not guarantee response times or issue resolution.

Support does not include:

• Server configuration or troubleshooting
• Custom modifications or feature development
• Integration with third-party services
• Debugging of your own code modifications

Warranty Disclaimer

MINI METRICS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of data
• Compatibility with your specific server environment
• Security or freedom from vulnerabilities

You use Mini Metrics at your own risk. We recommend testing thoroughly in a staging environment before deploying to production.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Mini Metrics and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Server downtime or data corruption
• Security breaches or data loss
• Compatibility issues or software conflicts

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software (€19).

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mini Metrics in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may NOT use Mini Metrics:

• For illegal activities or purposes
• To violate privacy laws or regulations
• To track users without proper disclosure
• To collect data from minors without parental consent
• To spam, harass, or harm others
• To bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access

You are solely responsible for your use of the software and compliance with all applicable laws.

Data Privacy and GDPR

Mini Metrics is designed to be privacy-friendly and GDPR compliant by default. However:

• You are the data controller for any data collected through your installation
• You are responsible for complying with privacy laws in your jurisdiction
• You must implement appropriate privacy policies and disclosures
• We are not liable for your misuse or misconfiguration of the software

While Mini Metrics includes privacy-friendly features, you must ensure your implementation complies with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

Mini Metrics and all related intellectual property rights remain the property of the Company. Your license does not transfer ownership, only usage rights as specified in these terms.

You retain ownership of any modifications you make to the code, but may not redistribute the base Mini Metrics product or create competing products based on it.

Termination

Your license is perpetual and cannot be terminated unless you breach these terms. If you violate these terms, we may:

• Terminate your license immediately
• Refuse support or updates
• Take legal action to protect our rights

Upon termination, you must cease using Mini Metrics and destroy all copies. No refunds will be issued.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Changes do not affect existing licenses. Your license is governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in the Netherlands. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mini Metrics regarding your use of the software, superseding any prior agreements.
